So the new year is here, the new me is on its way. How do I make sure she arrives quicker? Of course, by setting the habits. But in order to succeed we need to ensure that we have a plan and the tools to see the progress. Therefore, I made a list of 60+ habits you should be tracking now to succeed this year.

I have three favorite tools that help me with tracking my habits. The first one is my glow-up journal, the second is a HabitBull app and the third is the Daylio app specifically to track my mood. I also use the Clue app to track my period and any OBGYN visits and health changes.
Also, recently, I discovered the app called DONE. I use it for tracking my social media and blogging content. However, I don’t use it as often because I am on a break from Instagram and TikTok but it is still a very beautiful app.

Below is the list of the habits you should be tracking now and I hope you can add something new either to your bullet journal or to your habit-tracking app. If you need more inspiration for new habits this year, read my blog post 23 habits to start in 2022.
