Hi guys. I talk about affirmations a lot and the reason is that I truly love using them in my day-to-day life. In this blog post, I want to share my favorite daily affirmations.
I use affirmations in the mornings, during the day, and in the evening. And of course, during stressful situations or when I doubt myself. I think affirmations are a great tool when you’re having negative thoughts or need to ground yourself.
Honestly, life is too short and too precious to be negative, so why not to use something positive and easy-to-access tools in the form of affirmations? Words do matter and they can influence us, and I choose positive words.
And I know, life can’t be only butterflies and rainbows 24/7, bad things happen. This is life. Hard things help us to appreciate life even more and have our priorities straight. But I am tired of doubting myself, having negative or belittling thoughts, and feeling like I don’t deserve something just because someone a long time ago told me so and now these thoughts live in my head rent-free.
My favorite daily affirmations
Here is the list of my favorite daily affirmations that I use all the time.
1| I accept my body, my face, my weight, my height, my skin as they are
2| My life is not a competition
3| I deserve to live a happy, healthy, creative life
4| I am energetic and positive
5| I create my own opportunities
6| I shine light no matter what
7| I am blossoming into my best self
8| Other people’s success does not threaten me
9| I attract positive events into my life
10| I set boundaries easily
11| I choose myself and my well-being daily
12| I am creating real and authentic relationships with people
13| I love and respect myself
14| My opinions and choices matter
15| I am strong and go through challenges easily
16| I deserve to live in abundance
17| My energy is calm, inspiring, and confident
18| I forgive myself and those around me for the past mistakes
19| The world is welcoming my ideas
20| ✨ I AM ENOUGH ✨
21| Other people’s fears, doubts, and insecurities do not affect me
22| I attract like-minded people and those who understand, respect, and support me

When and how to use affirmations?
So those were my favorite daily affirmations. I don’t use them all at once every day but usually throughout the day when I need some reassurance.
I would also recommend having a note in your phone or journal with your most favorite daily affirmations so that you can always come back to them and use them if needed. However, I memorized many of them.
Another powerful technique is to say them either in your head or out loud in the morning before the mirror. You don’t have to stare at yourself in the mirror and try to hypnotize with the magical words.
You can do it when you wash your face or brush your teeth. Just briefly glance at yourself and say any of the affirmations.I usually say that I love and respect myself or that I deserve to have a good life.
