After relaxing holidays and delicious food, the best thing to do is of course to start working out. Not only to burn all the calories but also to put yourself back on track and give yourself a boost of energy. So this is why I decided to prepare a list of 5 easy workouts under 15 minutes.
I love working out because I feel like a Wonder Woman who kicked a few asses in a battle. I started working out consistently a month ago and the key to my consistent success is that these workouts are short, don’t take so much time, and are relatively easy to complete. Those workouts are true gems and I can’t wait to share them with you! And as you know me, you know that I love taking smaller steps in order to achieve bigger success.
Disclaimer, I am guilty of liking the same trainers. I don’t overwhelm myself with too many different coaches and stick to the same ones because I love their energy and style.
And a simple reminder, you don’t have to work out every day, do it every other day, and don’t forget to stretch to avoid bloating and other traumas.

1| Easy Workout for Lean Legs in 20 days by Lilly Sabri
It’s a very easy workout, you don’t need equipment just a yoga mat, I promise you will enjoy it!
2| Booty Pump by Chloe Ting
This workout is so much fun, I love Chloe’s energy and they way she teaches.
3| Very Easy Workout for Toned Arms by Chloe Ting
This is an easy workout for those days when you need something “lazy”. I know, I said lazy and workout in the same sentence but don’t get it twisted, this will make your arms burn however I found it easier than the next workout.
4| Ariana Grande Dance Party Workout by MadFit
This workout is slightly harder but it is so much fun. Lately, I am a big fan of Ariana Grande and this workout is perfect.
5| Slim tight and leg workout by Chloe Ting
Yes, the third workout by Chloe Ting but it works. I love that this workout hits a few areas at the same time and it has no equipment.
